A Tier II or Tier III event is likely to involve multiple response teams in different regions of the world. TRP specializes in design and facilitation of strategic and tactical exercises to simulate and test this type of scenario involving multiple locations.

TRP uses proprietary methods and formats to develop detailed Exercise Controller and Participants Packages prior to an exercise, including development of event card/injects and SimCell scripts. TRP personnel facilitate every step of the process, from design, pre-planning, and coordination meetings, to exercise facilitation, post exercise evaluation, and completion of final reports.
